Michael Nalbone, MBA

Founder, Vektr MedTech Consulting

I am a medtech commercial leader with 10+ years of experience launching and scaling products across orthopedics, sports medicine, arthroscopy, and AI-driven navigation and robotic platforms.

I earned my MBA from Penn State University with the goal of moving beyond frontline sales and into the strategic side of the business—bringing real-world clinical insight into how products are developed, positioned, and commercialized.

I’ve led U.S. and global go-to-market strategy across capital equipment, implant and disposable portfolios, working at the intersection of product development, sales, and surgeon adoption.

My mission is to bridge the gap between innovation and adoption—ensuring medtech products are designed, positioned, and launched to drive adoption, revenue, and market visibility.
